With a personalized in-home assessment, I’ll walk through your space using both my OT expertise and Ergo Eyes to evaluate every detail. Together, we’ll identify potential risks, accessibility barriers, and opportunities for ergonomic upgrades that improve safety, independence, and daily function. You’ll receive tailored recommendations from simple, low-cost adjustments to more complex solutions that fit your lifestyle and goals. Whether you’re preparing to age in place, recovering from an injury, or simply ready to make your home work better for you, this service empowers you to enjoy your space with confidence. What’s Included: •Full in-home walk-through •Comprehensive report with recommendations (from quick fixes to long-term solutions), including product links Service Area: Charlotte metro area + surrounding counties within a 60-mile radius, including parts of South Carolina Travel & Mileage Policy: •0–30 miles: Included •31–45 miles: +$35 travel surcharge •46–60 miles: +$65 travel surcharge •Over 60 miles: Case-by-case basis (Travel calculated from zip code 28211) $495 + travel (based on location) *If outside the 30 mile zone, travel will be invoiced separately.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. Clients may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. Intake forms must be completed prior to the scheduled assessment to ensure adequate preparation and efficient use of time.
