This personalized home office assessment evaluates your desk setup, posture, equipment, and work habits to identify simple adjustments that can significantly improve comfort and reduce strain. Ideal for remote workers, professionals, and anyone experiencing discomfort while working from home. Common issues this helps with: - Neck, shoulder, or back pain - Poor desk or monitor setup - Fatigue during long workdays - Working from home without proper ergonomics What you’ll get: - Live virtual or in-person assessment - Workspace setup recommendations - Equipment suggestions with direct links - Posture and movement guidance - A clear, easy-to-follow report Pricing: In-Person: $300 + travel (based on location) Virtual: $200 (no travel required) – One Hour Virtual: $100 (no travel required) – 30 minutes *If outside the 30 mile zone, travel will be invoiced separately.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. Clients may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. Intake forms must be completed prior to the scheduled assessment to ensure adequate preparation and efficient use of time.
