Whether in-person or virtual, I’ll evaluate your desk, chair, monitor placement, lighting, and workflow to optimize posture, reduce discomfort, and boost your energy. This service is ideal for remote employees, freelancers, and entrepreneurs who spend long hours at their desk. You’ll walk away with clear, actionable recommendations no jargon, just practical adjustments you can implement right away to improve your comfort and performance. What’s Included: In-person or live virtual call with a review of your office setup Comprehensive report with behavioral, equipment, and furniture recommendations (with product links) Pricing: In-Person: $300 + travel (based on location) Virtual: $200 (no travel required) – One Hour Virtual: $100 (no travel required) – 30 minutes *If outside the 30 mile zone, travel will be invoiced separately.


Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. Clients may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. Intake forms must be completed prior to the scheduled assessment to ensure adequate preparation and efficient use of time.
